I workout 6 days a week, and try to eat healthy. I’m simi retired, I work for a on line music publication, so I go to a lot of concerts and live music events. Love going to the ocean, occasional wine tasting, hiking, I enjoy watching older movies especially on TCM, Light drinker, I do smoke cannabis due to being an insomniac.
